It receives no government funding to provide services, therefore it relies on the gratuity of the Virginia community for its daily needs. <\/p>\n<p>Last week <em>Vista<\/em> reported that electrical services had been restored. This, however, did not happen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Vista<\/em> understands that municipal officials told Eden that services will only be restored once the R3,4 million is paid.
