Littering in the streets needs to stop, and the municipality needs to empty the bins. Rubbish piles up, only to get blown around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Garbage bags, left indefinitely, get ripped open, spreading refuse all over the street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
