The family members of a deceased patient, Simon Mokoena, urgently need to be traced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mokoena died in December 2021 at the Katleho District Hospital in Virginia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cVarious attempts to locate his relatives have drawn a blank,\u201d says Mpotseng Mathapelo, community development officer at the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mokoena was born on 30 June 1974. He was admitted to the hospital on 30 December 2021 and died the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The deceased is about 1,7 m tall and dark in complexion. He has a moustache and sideburns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon his admission to the hospital he was wearing black trousers, a blue T-shirt, blue tracksuit top and a blue cap, all of which were embossed with BMW logos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The deceased is also known as Legogoa in Virginia and Meloding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mokoena is said to originate from the areas of Quthing, Botha-Bothe and Maseru in Lesotho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
