Learners of the Kheleng Secondary School in Hennenman took part in the Zoom Entrepreneur\u00adship Awareness Day presented by the Students for Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship South Africa (Sage) on Youth Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Three gr. 11 learners, Majoro Vuyani, Jama Mzimkhulu and Tladi Nthabeleng, presented their business idea which entails a pothole sensor for cars to avoid accidents and to reduce deaths from potholes. The school won four prizes during the day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two other students, Kananelo Seziba (Gr. 11) and Mfunele Katleho (Gr. 10), presented their idea, a Medicare Hospital Machine that reduces queues in hospitals. Patients will be required to place a medical card or prescription in the slot provided, and they will then receive their medication without talking to anyone at the hospital and clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Awareness Day viewers choice was Nziweni Khululekile who won R500 and the runner up was Sefatsa Mojalefi who won R200. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
