Under the umbrella of the theme \u201cWomen\u2019s social economic rights and empowerment: Building back better for women\u2019s resilience\u201d, Dikeledi Magadzi encourages women to curb the scourge of water resource infrastructure vandalism, as this affects the delivery of water and sanitation services adversely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She also addressed the self-sustainability of municipalities through revenue from the billing system and the in\u00adstallation of water meters particularly to those who have connected illegally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
