On Friday, 28 October, members of Partnership Policing distributed pamphlets and visited an auction held in Welkom. \u201cThese initiatives will be ongoing to ensure that shoppers and residents of Welkom are and feel safe,\u201d says Capt. In Sector 3 (Welkom CBD) the focus was at crime hot spots in Kort Street, Welkom CBD taxi rank and in the vicinity of chain stores in the CBD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
