This interdict is still in place, but officials chose to ignore this and proceed with the cut-off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zack Rossouw, chairman of the Welkom SPCA, approached a lawyer and obtained an interdict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A court order was issued on Monday (13\/02), ordering that the electricity be restored. When this did not happen a further order allowed the SPCA to contact an electrician and restore the power supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span> <em>Vista<\/em> <\/span>approached Tshediso Tlali, Matjhabeng spokesperson, for a comment on this issue.
