Stephen Thakeng, media liaison officer for the Lejweleputswa police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thakeng says Thubelisha is a hotspot, but that the trend is spreading throughout Thabong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe police have not yet arrested any suspects, and we are appealing to residents to be vigilant, especially during load shedding. Residents must organise themselves in large groups and patrol the hotspot areas during load shedding,\u201d says Thakeng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Residents must report the criminals to the Crime Stop number 08600-10111.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cResidents can remain anonymous. Should anyone have information leading to the arrests of the suspects who are stealing Eskom electrical cables, they must contact Det.
