electricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 5 October the High Court in Bloemfontein issued a final court order, including a harsh cost order in favour of the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The disconnection was based on the outstanding account of the Department of Education (about R600 000).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dries Knoetze, from Neumann van Rooyen Attorneys, handled the
