Some of the rubbish is rotting, and the smell is unbearable. I have two grandchildren (ten and 18 months old). They cannot even play on the stoep, because of the smell. I resorted to burning the rubbish but, of course, not all rubbish can be burnt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, what do I do with the stinking rubbish? I cannot afford a private refuse removal company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can the municipality please give us an alternative as to where to dump our rubbish while they are busy attending to the demands of the striking employees? <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rubbish is piling up at the back and front of our yards.
