The 73.3 km is broken down into three races, making a 42.2 km, and then seven hours later the 21.1 km, and ending four hours later with a 10 km race. The three races has individual starting times (06:00, 13:00 and 17:00). Runners can also build their own distances during the course of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The times were: Nkhetheni Masupa: 42 km (2:51, won category #1), 21 km (1:29, won category #2) and 10 km (42 mins category #3). Position #5 overall 73.3 km (5:04)) Jacob Mothokoa: 42 km (3:10), 21 km (1:44), 10 km (48mins) and 73.3 km (5:42)) Mbangiso Malindi: 42 km (3:35), 21 km (2:08), 10 km (1:16) and 73.3 km (7:00)) Potlako Sekokotane: 42 km (4:16), 21 km (2:35), 10 km (1:13) and 73.3 km (8:05)) Morn\u00e9 Nel: 42 km (4:30), 21 km (2:29), 10 km (1:10) and 73.3 km (8:10)) Luzelle Stoltz: 42 km (4:30), 21 km (2:29), 10 km (1:10) and 73.3 km (8:10)) Ratsilo Maleke: 42 km (4:32), 21 km (2:39), 10 km (1:21) and 73.3 km (8:32)) Sthembiso Jwele: 42 km (4:26), 21 km (2:48), 10 km (1:20) and 73.3 km (8:34)) Sekwati Molepo: 42 km (4:30), 21 km (2:55), 10 km (1:21) and 73.3 km (8:47)) Justice Shelile: 42 km (4:49), 21 km (2:55), 10 km (1:23) and 73.3 km (9:08)) Ncedo Mbobo: 42 km (4:59), 21 km (2:58), 10 km (1:26) and 73.3 km (9:24).)
