Matjhabeng – <\/strong>Welkom-Gimnasium het sy splinternuwe binnenshuise sportsentrum geopen \u2013 ‘n moderne gerief wat daarop gemik is om sportontwikkeling, fiksheid en prestasie na ‘n nuwe vlak te neem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dit het meer as R3 miljoen gekos om te ontwikkel, en verskeie ondernemings en ondersteuners het geldelik tot die verwesenliking van die droom bygedra.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die sentrum bestaan uit twee dele: ‘n binnenshuise krieketsentrum en ‘n Hyrox-gimnasium. Met die opening van die gimnasium word di\u00e9 skool sover bekend die eerste skool in die Vrystaat wat oor so ‘n gerief beskik.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verder gaan in die nabye toekoms ook ‘n hokkie-astrobaan by die skool ontwikkel word.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die sportsentrum is op ‘n spesiale geleentheid op Maandag 8 Junie bekendgestel.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die w\u00eareld-gestandaardiseerde Hyrox-gimnasium fokus op krag-\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ontwikkeling, hardloop, uithouvermo\u00eb en funksionele fiksheid. Die gerief sal leerders met kondisionering en voorbereiding vir verskeie sportsoorte ondersteun. Daarbenewens sal fisioterapiedienste beskikbaar wees om sportlui in rehabilitasie en prestasie-optimalisering te ondersteun.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘n Nuwe fisioterapeut in Welkom, Karen Hitge, het haar praktyk by die sentrum geopen.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gebruik van die gimnasium sal nie net vir die skoolgemeenskap beskikbaar wees nie. Dit sal vir die bre\u00ebr gemeenskap oopgestel word en belangstellendes sal die geleentheid h\u00ea om as lede aan te sluit.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die binnenshuise krieketsentrum plaas Welkom-Gimnasium onder die beperkte aantal skole in die Vrystaat wat oor so ‘n gerief beskik. Dit bied aan spelers die geleentheid om deur die jaar in alle weersomstandighede te oefen en gespesialiseerde afrigting te ontvang. Dit sal ‘n belangrike rol speel in die verdere ontwikkeling van jong krieketspelers en die bevordering van ho\u00ebprestasie-sport.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
