Allanridge detectives are investigating a case of murder after a 30-year-old man was fatally stabbed near a tavern in Nyakallong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Saturday 21 March, at approximately 06:10, police were summoned to a hospital in Odendaalsrus. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon their arrival members were informed about a victim who had been brought to the hospital in a private vehicle. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to information the victim had sustained a stab wound to the left side of his chest. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The victim was declared dead on arrival at the hospital. The matter was then reported to the police.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“It is alleged that the victim was demanding his cellphone from two male suspects. This then led to the victim being stabbed with a sharp object on his chest. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“The victim was rushed to the \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
hospital, where he was declared dead by hospital personnel,” says \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
