According to the suspect&#8217;s account, he believed there was an intruder in the kitchen and discharged his firearm, fatally wounding his nephew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police have confiscated the firearm, its licence, and seven live rounds of ammunition for further investigation.
