The sequestration, which is allegedly linked to the misappropriation of funds, has triggered a SAICA Fit and Proper Enquiry process over and above the disciplinary investigation and which could lead to a cancellation of the members\u2019 membership of SAICA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAICA is also aware of other members, who have previously held roles within the same Homeowners Association. These individuals have not been implicated in the current matter. SAICA remains committed to treating all members fairly and will assess any information received in line with our established procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the matter is still under preliminary review, SAICA will not be commenting further at this time.
