Noord-Vrystaat – <\/strong>Die Riebeeckstad-gimnastiekklub is as die beste gimnastiekklub in die Noord-Vrystaat aangewys tydens die Noord-Vrystaat Gimnastiek Vereniging se toekennings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hierdie klub, wat vanjaar sy 30ste bestaansjaar vier, het die skild reeds 19 keer verower – ‘n bewys van voortdurende uitnemendheid in die sportsoort.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noord-Vrystaat Gimnastiek ken ook agt trofees toe wat vir verskillende afdelings toegeken word, waarvan vier aan gimnaste van Riebeeckstad toegeken is vir 2025.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Van links is Nicholis Ferreira (hulpafrigter), Hugo de Klerk (seuns gimnas vir 2025), Christin\u00e9 Deas (hoofaftigter), Karabelo Molaoa (dogters gimnas vir 2025) en Lee-Andri Welgemoed\u00a0(hulpafrigter).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Die klub se Hugo de Klerk is aangewys as die seunsgimnas vir 2025 en Karabelo Molaoa as die meisie-gimnas vir 2025. Die Noord-Vrystaat se individuele toekennings het gegaan aan Kaylin Meyer (hoogste gemiddeld NOVS-kampioenskappe 9,24), Evan Kruger (hoogste gemiddeld NOVS-kampioenskappe 9,16), Lian Norton (hoogste gemiddeld Flip-Fest 9,24) en Ndzalama Mdaka (hoogste gemiddeld Vrystaat-kwalifisering).\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die klub is op 24 Junie 1995 deur Christine Deas gestig. “Ons het oorspronklik in die Ho\u00ebrskool Riebeeckstad se skoolsaal begin. In 1995 het my man, Mike Deas, ‘n gebou in Riebeeckstad gekoop, en in 2000 het ons na die nuwe gebou geskuif,” vertel Christine.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christine is welbekend as ‘n gimnas \u00e9n ook ‘n afrigter. Sy was lid van die Gimnastrade-span wat in 1975 in Berlyn deelgeneem het.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Die klub het oorspronklik met 12 gimnaste begin en ons het nou 42 gimnaste. Ek as afrigter is ook gekwalifiseer as FIG 1 vir Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) en Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) asook ‘n beoordelaar Vlak 2 vir MAG en WAG,” s\u00ea sy.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die klub het vanjaar twee hulpafrigters, Nicholis Ferreira en Lee-Andri Welgmoed, gehad. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Albei het self gimnastiek by die klub gedoen. Alle afrigters moet by die GSA-federasie geregistreer wees en moet voldoen aan hul re\u00ebls.”\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Noord-Vrystaat het een Tuimel en Trampolien-klub in Parys en agt Artistiese klubs wat bekend staan as WAG en MAG. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die klubs is gele\u00eb in Kroonstad, Bothaville, Bultfontein, Ladybrand, Bethlehem, Senekal, Frankfort en Riebeeckstad.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daar is nege verskillende dissiplines in Suid-Afrika se gimnastiek en Riebeeckstad bied WAG- en MAG-klasse aan.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
