Retired teachers in Thabong have discovered a vibrant reason to stay active, thanks to three dedicated coaches who refuse to let age slow them down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All over 60 and brimming with energy, Nkgodi Marupelo, Mojalefa Sibiya, and Dineo Selikisho are guiding their fellow retirees towards better health through regular exercise sessions at the Thabong Recreational Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diverse fitness leadership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Marupelo, a seasoned sports enthusiast, leads a variety of games and group activities that keep participants both moving and smiling. His approach combines physical fitness with social engagement, creating an environment where exercise becomes enjoyable rather than arduous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Completing this dynamic trio, Selikisho conducts lively aerobics classes that blend rhythm with low-impact movements, perfectly suited to boosting cardiovascular health and flexibility amongst retirees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday, providing a consistent schedule that retirees can anticipate with enthusiasm. Whether someone seeks to maintain fitness, socialise with peers, or simply enjoy friendly competition, the coaches welcome participants of all skill levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
