FOTO&#8217;S: Michael Hetzel<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Michael vertel: Ons glo elke kind verdien om gesien te word &#8211; om hul eie oomblik van glorie te h\u00ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Toe hierdie besonderse aand aanbreek, het ons dit weer opnuut besef: &#8216;n Matriekafskeid vir \u00e9\u00e9n meisie.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dan\u00e9 was aanvanklik in die Laer Meisieskool Oranje en het uitgeblink in &#8216;n rits sportsoorte soos swem, netbal en hokkie. Dit was toe Dan\u00e9 begin perdry het, dat sy haar groot liefde gevind het. Met die hulp van haar afrigter Chrismie Venter van Groenvlei Perd en Ruiterpark, het Dan\u00e9 uitgeblink in dressage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1 die Covid-pandemie het sy in plaas daarvan om terug te gaan skool toe, voortgegaan met aanlyn-onderrig sodat sy  beskikbaar was om meer tyd aan perdry te bestee. &#8216;n herinnering dat groot oomblikke nie net in skares gebeur nie, maar soms om &#8216;n enkele tafel tussen mense wat vir mekaar l\u00e9\u00e9f,&#8221; s\u00ea Michael op sy Facebookblad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Onder sagte liggies, met ouers, boeties, ooms en tannies, niggies en nefies, en \u2019n baie spesiale ouma vol trots \u2013 het Dan\u00e9 di\u00e9 aand haar eie sprokie beleef.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michael s\u00ea dit was vir hulle \u2019n eer om deel van di\u00e9 aand te wees \u2013 om te sien hoe \u2019n droom met soveel warmte en opregtheid gevier
