\u201cThe latest trend we are experiencing is residents changing suburbs. We are experiencing a growing demand of home owners who are opting for larger properties in town, being closer to schools or their place of employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThese clients are selling their smaller properties and upgrading by buying more expensive properties in the suburbs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seconds said this growing market has opened the door to more agents and this in turn resulted in raising the bar in terms of competitiveness and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAlthough we do not have major investments in Uitenhage, I would say that the residential market is developing continuously in its own way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
