At the same time we are showcasing the port\u2019s leading role in the main stream economy,\u201d said Tandi Lebakeng, Port Manager of the Port of Ngqura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Young female professionals were aptly selected as mentors to guide the learners through key areas in the port such as civil engineering and marine services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To participate in TNPA\u2019s programme for the day girls must be in grades 9 to 12 and studying English, Pure Mathematics and Physical Science at high school level, as these are required for many of the mission critical roles in the maritime industry.
