Photo: SUPPLIED<\/div>\n<div class=\"img_accreditation\"><span class=\"source\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/span><span class=\"photographer\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Warren Manser, chairman of Kromme Enviro-Trust, the event is back by popular demand after taking a two-year break. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI do the Frogging Evening when the conditions are right but have not done one for about 2 years now, so there is a lot of excitement,\u201d said Manser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said the event which he hopes will be a fun and educational night for the kids will consist of an outdoor big screen presentation about frogs and what they can expect to find before going on an adventure to search for frogs in the gardens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAfter the presentation we will head into the community gardens and try to find frogs, kitted with head torches and nets. Hopefully, we will find an array of species of frogs,\u201d said Manser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He further said any environmental education is good for children, but it is vital for them to learn about flogs as they are a very important flagship species despite their sensitivity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bid to make sure that people are protected, Kromme Enviro-Trust will ensure that the event is restricted to 50 people, social distancing is in place and that all COVID-19 regulations are adhered to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, the event will be held outdoors which further adds to the safety of visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Owing to COVID-19 number restrictions, bookings are essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Frogging Evening will start at 18:30 and guests are requested to meet at Bruce\u2019s Coffee Shop (Granny\u2019s Pool).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The price per child is R50 while parents enter for free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To book your spot or for more information contact
