Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, a total of seventeen substation throughout Nelson Mandela Bay metropole have been vandalised in the last two months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Monday night the Mosel substation was vandalised, leaving a section of Kariega without electricity until Tuesday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Municipality encourages residents to report criminal
