The pedestrian (age about 60) was clad in a pair of blue jeans, a thick green jersey and a pair of black formal shoes,\u201d Swart said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despatch SAPS are appealing to anyone who might be looking for a relative or who can assist in identifying the victim to contact Despatch detectives on 082 441 7828, Crime Stop 08600 10111 or the nearest police
