\u201cWe take ownership of each site, especially when it comes to health and safety regulations. Our employees are medically screened and every third month we are audited externally \u2013 at the factory as well as on site \u2013 to make sure our health and safety exceed the standards. Clients can be sued if a worker gets injured<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most people do not know, is that according to construction law, clients can be held responsible for any injuries incurred while construction is taking place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBefore appointing a contractor, ask to see the HIRA risk assessment. Is the contractor registered with the compensation commissioner? Does the contractor have a certificate of good standing and are the workers medically screened? In case of an injury, if the contractor does not have these documents in place, the client will be held responsible.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
