Justin Kreusch and Ian Olivier, co-owners of the franchise in Gqeberha, have joined forces with LeRoi Grimbeek as the new owners of the Kariega franchise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ian, who has been in the industry since 1989, struck out on his own with Ian Olivier Properties before he took over at Pam Golding Properties Port Elizabeth in 2013. Justin, a veteran in the property industry after 15 years, joined a few years later. And now they have brought in a third partner in Kariega, Leroi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use us because we\u2019re good,\u201d Ian said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cProperty is arguably the biggest investment that most people will ever have.
