Provincial police this morning (Wednesday 5 April) confirmed that the body of 16-year-old Phillip Volschenk from Brackenfell was found yesterday afternoon next to the railway line in Stikland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Volschenk was reported as missing on Monday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a report by Missing Children SA, he was last seen at the train station in Brackenfell Boulevard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe circumstances surrounding his death are being investigated and a death inquest case docket has been registered,\u201d said Colonel Andr\u00e9 Traut, a police spokesperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police did not reveal the cause of death, but TygerBurger<\/em> learned that an autopsy is underway to confirm the cause of death.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Provincial police
