The heavy downpours might result in flash and localised
\nflooding that could affect roads and homes, the statement reads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is expected from 04:00 until 11:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cResidents are advised to please factor extra time into
\ntheir travel plans tomorrow [Friday] morning in the event of roads being
\naffected by the anticipated downpours,\u201d according to the statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The City urges residents to call 107 from a landline in the
\nevent of any weather-related emergencies. Those using a cellphone can dial 021
\n480 7700.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any general service requests can be reported to the City\u2019s
