TygerBurger<\/em>, in association with Francois du Plessis Self-Defence, is joining the fight against gender-based violence through a series of self-defence videos aimed at empowering women with the knowledge on how to defend themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These four short videos are loaded with valuable content and self-help tips on what to do when faced with a dangerous situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An experienced sixth dan karate instructor, Du Plessis demonstrates how the vulnerable can defend themselves by taking the viewer through various scenarios depicted in each video. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first of four videos, Du Plessis explains how important self-defence is, especially for women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also talks the viewer through his own experience and how this video series will help the vulnerable and weak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He hopes that through these videos he will be able to empower women, especially, to be able to defend themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
