Ozzie\u2019s Pristine Coachworks is a small business based in Epping, Cape Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The owners are Muneeb and Wafekah Osman. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The business is a subsidiary of KNGASO Holdings. The business was started to leave a legacy behind for their five daughters and to show the world that this industry is not for men only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe are proud to announce that we have a qualified female spray painter on board,\u201d Wafekah Osman, co-owner of Ozzie\u2019s Pristine Coachworks, said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe hope to send more females on apprenticeships. Our launch and the grand opening took place on Saturday 3 September. We felt we wanted to share the day with other small businesses. This allowed for them to showcase their goods.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Osman, being a small business they know the struggles of surviving the pandemic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
They hosted about 30 vendors at no cost to the vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among these vendors were Feetish, Pristine Cafe, Variety Goods, Al Mahier Grills, Sparkle and Shine, Mr B Sushi, Capital Legacy, The Smoking Pilot, Shundurr Creations, Rafiki Orzim-Mclouds Vape Store, The Sock Box, GD Suites, Shams Gifts, AMC Cookware, YK gifts and toys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There was a variety of stalls from jewellery to socks, candy, toys and delicious foods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ford Motor Company was there too, one of their approved partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
They had some beautiful cars on display. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDespite the rain, we had about 200 people visiting and attending the event.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first 50 guests were welcomed with coffee and a cupcake. Many of the vendors offered spot prizes. There were live draws on stage, and prizes gifted by the vendors. Each vendor had the opportunity to share about themselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The input received from the vendors was that they were supported by the community and the day was a success. \u201cIt meant a lot to us to have so many families, friends and community come out to show their support for not only our business Ozzie\u2019s Pristine Coachworks but others too, Osman concluded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
