Hawks\u2019 from Bellville Serious Organised Crime Investigation are looking for him in connection with a case of police murder earlier this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The man\u2019s name is Mihle Mngambi but also goes by the surname of Nzaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident happened on 8 September in Samora Machel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt is alleged that on 08 September 2022, at about 06:50 members of Samora Machel Police Station received information about a police member that was shot on Hintsa Kaphalo street, Samora Machel flats,\u201d says Zinzi Hani, spokesperson of the Hawks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOn arrival the members found an African male lying on his stomach with bullet wounds on his head and his upper body.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He still had his uniform on, but was wearing a black and white top over his uniform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe deceased later identified as Sergeant Sithembiso Mnatwana stationed at Cape Town Central Vispol.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He had just come from duty and did not have any firearm with him when he was killed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hani says a preliminary investigation has shown that Mihle Nzaba can assist the police in their investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
