Due to the high demand from athletes, the deadline for the Tyger Run\/Walk 2023 entries is extended to Midnight on Sunday 12 March (00:00). You still have a chance to be part of this popular event in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tyger Run\/Walk will take place on 21 March at Tygervalley Shopping Center. There will be a 6km route for the whole family and the 15km route for the more adventurous. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entries must be done at topevents.co.za or by clicking on the Tyger Run\/Walk-banner on the Radio Tygerberg 104FM website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discovery Vitality members will be rewarded with bonus points for participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also enter on Saturday 11 March at Tygervalley Shopping Center (FoodCourt) during the Radio Tygerberg 104FM outside broadcast taking place between 09:00 \u2013 15:00\u2026and even stand a chance to win shopping vouchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
