on Saturday 30 September 2023 the victim was travelling by taxi to Bloekombos.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the way, the driver drove in the direction of Bottelary Road where he assaulted the victim, raped her and left her naked in the bushes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kraaifontein Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit is calling on the help of the public to trace the whereabouts of a taxi driver in connection with the rape, kidnapping and attempted murder of a woman.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to police spokesperson WO Joseph Swartbooi, preliminary investigation reveals that on Saturday 30 September 2023 the victim was travelling by taxi to Bloekombos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ bushes,\u201d he related. \u201cShe later managed to walk to a nearby restaurant, where the personnel assisted her with transport to Kraaifontein police where she reported her ordeal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe appeal to anyone with information please to contact the investigating officer, Detective Warrant Officer Vatishwa Tsotso, on 082 522 1039 or Crime Stop on 08600
