Encouraging young people to visualise their goals, aspirations and career paths, in line with their talents<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The women from non-profit company Coin Care <\/a>in Kuils River brought inspiration and practical life skills to learners at Bet-el School of Skills through two workshops held at the school, on Tuesday 14 April and Tuesday 21 April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the first session, learners were taught how to create their very own vision board. This serves as a visual tool to clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on life goals and aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second session focused on creating a gratitude journal to encourage positive thinking and personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coin Care brings a group of women together every Tuesday. The initiative with the learners of Bet-el forms part of their ongoing work to uplift and empower young people in the community, explained Cheryl Johnson, chair of Coin Care. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
