The City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will provide municipal services at two community locations this week, offering residents convenient access to City services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Service Schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Thursday, 6 November: 09:30 to 13:30 at Bonteheuwel Civic Centre (corner of Bluegum Street and Kiaat Road, Bonteheuwel)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Friday, 7 November: 09:30 to 13:30 at Steenberg Community Centre (corner of Symphony Avenue and Cradock Road, Steenberg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The City’s Customer Relations Department mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Services include non-emergency enquiries related to rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections and general account matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“We are bringing the City’s services closer to Bonteheuwel and Steenberg residents for their convenience,” said Theresa Uys, Mayco Member for Corporate Services. “This is a special opportunity to discuss any municipal items that residents have wanted to address.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
