It’s also a first for him — being accompanied by the country’s foremost orchestra in his own concert\, with full symphonic backing.” \n\n\n\n\nThe concerts will feature some of his most beloved songs\, including “Somandla”\, “Isigidimi” and “Cwaka”.Dyantyis began playing trumpet at the age of eight. In 2010\, he became Artist in Residence at New York University’s Drama School.In 2022\, he featured in MultiChoice’s Origins campaign and co-curated projects with visual artist Nelson Makamo at Harvard.
