The V&A neighbourhood of the Cape Town Foreshore is creating a home for artists and creatives from all corners of the world, and is encouraging entries to its 2022 Busking Auditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It appeals to African beats, the rhyme of goema<\/i> and troupes and choirs, and the movements of the rieldansers<\/i> and performers of other dance forms, the sounds of musicians and poets, feats of circus, balancing acts and magicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The stage is open to all. Performers are asked to be at the Waterfront\u2019s Amphitheatre on 25 and 27 August 2022 from 12:00 to 16:00. The artists will have access to the V&A\u2019s monthly on-site workshops that look at performance growth, development, and mentorship assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
