30 ml olie<\/p>\n\n\n\n

60 ml mosterdpoeier<\/p>\n\n\n\n

125 ml suiker<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 ml sout<\/p>\n\n\n\n

250 ml kookwater<\/p>\n\n\n\n

250 ml mayonnaise<\/p>\n\n\n\n

sap van 1 suurlemoen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

125 ml wit druiwe-asyn<\/p>\n\n\n\n

30 ml koekmeel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n Tong<\/b>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Twee gaar tonge, vel afgetrek en in skywe gesny (sien wenk)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

125 ml sagte broodkrummels<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verhit die oond vooraf tot 180 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n Sous<\/b>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meng die olie, mosterd, suiker en sout saam en klits die kookwater bietjie vir bietjie by. Klits die res van die bestanddele by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pak die tongskywe in \u2019n oondvaste bak en giet die sous oor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprinkel die krummels oor en bak 45 minute in die oond totdat die sous effens verdik het en die krummels goudbruin is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n Wenk<\/b>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maak die tong so gaar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bedek dit met koue water. Voeg \u2019n kruiesakkie, 1-2 wortels, 1-2 uie, 1-2 selderystokkies en 1-2 peperkorrels by. Laat kook, verlaag die hitte en kook sowat 3 uur tot sag. Dompel in koue water en verwyder die vel terwyl die tong nog warm is. As jy die tong in die kookvloeistof laat afkoel, smaak dit beter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
