Dan het ons net die geleentheid vir jou.<\/p>\n<p>Beroemde SA-atleet, <strong>Elana Meyer<\/strong>, wat saam met Francios Pienaar \u2019n handelsmerk-ambassadeur vir die Cape Town Marathon is, gaan elke Maandag vir die volgende vier maande \u2019n oefenprogram vir rooi rose-lesers plaas om jou van half- na volle marathon te neem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Iets oor die Cape Town Marathon: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die 2015 Sanlam Cape Town Marathon word oor die naweek van 19 en 20 September in Kaapstad gehou. Dis die eerste marathon op die kontinent wat \u2019n &#8220;Silwer Label Status\u201d \u2013toekenning van die International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) gekry het en dit onder die top 38 marathons in die w\u00eareld plaas. Verlede jaar het 12 500 atlete die wedren aangedurf en hierdie jaar hoop die organiseerders om 20 000 inskrywings te kry. Die prysgeld is R1.6 miljoen.<\/p>\n<p>Vir die wat nie hul visier op die pryspot het nie is daar steeds groot pret in die vorm van \u2018n roete wat jou verby wonderlike plekke neem soos die Liesbeek Rivier, Rondebosch Common, Nuweland-krieketveld, Groote Schuur, Universiteit van Kaapstad, Distrik Ses, Kasteel, stadsaal, parlement, Tuine, St. George katedraal, Groentemarkplein en die Moederkerk om net \u2019n paar te noem.
