Dit is belangrik om jouself fiks en gesond te hou gedurende winter, maar as die res van jou gesin griep moet beveg omdat hulle nie in die koue wil oefen nie, verloor jy die stryd. Bly fiks as \u2019n familie en klop die winterkieme!<\/p>\n

Oefen in die gim<\/h4>\n

Om alleen te gim kan vervelig raak, maar as julle saam as \u2019n familie gaan, is dit meer pret. Stel \u2019n bietjie vriendelike kompetisie tussen mekaar voor \u2013 kyk byvoorbeeld wie kan die meeste rondtes in die binnenshuise swembad voltooi of wie kan die langste of vinnigste hardloop. Hierdie tegniek sal die kinders gelukkig hou (veral as jy \u2019n klein belonging by die kompetisie voeg).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Speel in die week<\/h4>\n

In plaas daarvan om elke aand vir twee ure voor die televisie te l\u00ea, hoekom speel julle nie \u2019n bordspeletjie soos Charades nie? Al is dit nie \u2019n vorm van oefening nie, sirkuleer dit jou bloed en dit is beter as om heeltyd op een plek op die bank te sit.<\/p>\n

Moenie bang wees vir ys nie<\/h4>\n

Gaan ysskaats saam as \u2019n gesin! Jou kinders sal opgewonde wees oor die uitstappie wat nie gereeld gebeur nie en julle sal baie pret h\u00ea. Die beste van alles \u2013 julle sal nie eens agterkom dit is \u2019n vorm van oefening nie.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Gaan stap<\/h4>\n

Dit mag dalk vreemd klink om in die winter te gaan stap, maar in sekere opsigte is \u2019n staptog in die winter makliker as in die somer omdat jy nie so baie sweet nie. Trek lekker warm aan asem die vars lug in.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ry fiets<\/h4>\n

Bel\u00ea in bergfietse vir die hele gesin en gaan ry saam fiets. Maak dit ekstra opwindend vir die kinders en stel \u2019n skattejag op wat met \u2019n kaart toegerus is. Dit sal hulle aanmoedig om voort te gaan wanneer hulle verveeld begin raak.<\/p>\n
