Die verbruiker kry dan elke dag vir 50 dae\u00a0\u2019n taak wat hy of sy moet afhandel. Di\u00e9 take word elke dag deur \u2019n administrateur aan die verbruiker toegeken. Die uitdagings is gevaarlik en onheilspellend &#8211; so erg dat verbruikers aangemoedig word om op die laaste (50ste) dag\u00a0selfmoord te pleeg.<\/p>\n<p>Die <em>app<\/em> is tot op datum (11 Mei 2017)\u00a0nog nie in Suid-Afrika beskikbaar nie, maar ouers word\u00a0gewaarsku dat dit wel op pad is.<\/p>\n<p>Van die afgryslike take sluit in self-benadeling, om op \u2019n brug te gaan staan, riller-flieks te kyk en op\u00a0vreemde tye van die nag op te staan. Die uiteindelike doel en laaste taak is dan selfdood.<\/p>\n<p>Die vervaardiger van die speletjie, die 21-jarige\u00a0Philipp Budeikin van Rusland, word oorlaai met liefdesbriewe van tienermeisies terwyl in aanhouding is by \u2019n Russiese tronk.\u00a0Budeikin het skuld bely en beskryf sy slagoffers as biologiese afval. Hy het glo aan die polisie vertel dat sy slagoffers bly was om te sterf en dat hy die samelewing wou skoonmaak.<\/p>\n<p>Die publiek is geskok oor die feit dat die siek speletjie \u2019n groot tendens w\u00eareldwyd is en dat kwesbare tieners gemanipuleer word om deel te neem.<\/p>\n<p>Instagram het reeds \u2019n waarskuwing uitgereik wanneer verbruikers vir die hutsmerk #bluewhale soek. Die boodskap lees: <em>&#8220;Posts with words or tags you&#8217;re searching for often encourage behavior that can cause harm and even lead to death. If you&#8217;re going through something difficult, we&#8217;d like to help.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-71644 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/novanews.co.za\/rooirose\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Untitled-1-500x333.jpg\" alt=\"Blue Whale Instagram-waarskuwing\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Wat kan jy doen?<\/h4>\n<p>Dit is belangrik dat ouers en onderwysers bewus raak\u00a0van die gevare van aanlynspeletjies.\u00a0Skerp jou tegniese vaardighede op en maak seker jy is vertroud met Sosiale Media (veral met di\u00e9 wat deur jou kinders gebruik word). Ouers kan ook die internet saam met hul kinders (en veral tieners) ontdek.
