Hierdie is net wat ons doen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Van der Westhuizen het erken dat 2016 nie \u2019n\u00a0maklike jaar was nie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDie Nice-aanvalle het almal in die Riviera \u00e9n in\u00a0die w\u00eareld geraak wat\u00a0die toerisme-industrie in die Suide van Frankryk met \u2019n\u00a0groot gaping gelaat het waaraan almal probeer opbou en herbou.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>JAN <\/em>sien uit na \u2019n\u00a0besige seisoen wat dalk nog \u2019n\u00a0paar Suid-Afrikaners in sy kombuis kan beteken.<em> JAN <\/em>spog tans met drie Suid-Afrikaners wat by die restaurant werk (Kevin Grobler, Rutger Eysvogel en Scott Armstrong).<\/p>\n<p>Afgesien van die feit dat hy seker maak dat hy die beste Suid-Afrikaanse wyne op sy wynlys insluit, is hierdie talentvolle en selfopgeleide sjef\u00a0permanent op soek na nuwe maniere om Suid-Afrikaanse geregte\u00a0 te hernuwe\u00a0waarby \u2019n\u00a0wyer mark en \u2019n\u00a0meer verfynde palet aanklank sal vind.<\/p>\n<p>Huidige wintergeregte op sy spyskaart sluit eetbare kerse gemaak van Kaiings en varkvet in en \u2019n\u00a0gereg met die naam \u2018Mieliepap en Truffels\u2019 wat \u2019n\u00a0speling is op die nederige mieliebestanddeel saam met wat hy noem \u201cdie diamand van die kombuis\u201d.
