Ons het die pofpannekoeke in emaljeborde gebak, maar jy kan hulle ook in \u2019n oondvaste pan bak.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Smelt die botter in \u2019n middelslagpan. Voeg die appels by en braai vir 5 min. tot die skywe kleur kry. Voeg die bruinsuiker, vanieljegeursel en suurlemoensap by en braai verder oor lae hitte tot goudkleurig.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg die bloubessies en frambose by en roer deur die warm stroop. Hou eenkant.<\/li>\n<li>Meng die meel, suurlemoenskil, suiker en sout saam en maak \u2019n holte in die middel. Klop die eiergele en melk liggies saam en voeg stadig by die meel. Roer tot glad.<\/li>\n<li>Klop die eierwitte tot stywe punte vorm en vou liggies by die mengsel in.<\/li>\n<li>Verdeel die beslag tussen die 4 verhitte emaljeborde.
