  • 125 g botter<\/li>\n
  • 125 g heuning<\/li>\n
  • 125 g suiker<\/li>\n
  • 30 ml (2 e) room<\/li>\n
  • 6 klein peertjies<\/li>\n
  • 50 g gevlokte amandels, liggies gerooster en in \u2019n diepbakkie gegooi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Metode<\/strong><\/h4>\n

     <\/p>\n

    1. Voer \u2019n bakplaat met bakpapier uit.<\/li>\n
    2. Smelt die botter in \u2019n klein kastrol oor matige hitte. Voeg die heuning en suiker by. Roer totdat die suiker opgelos is.<\/li>\n
    3. Verhoog die hitte en kook vir 5 min. of tot sagtebalstadium (toets deur \u2019n lepeltjie van die stroop op \u2019n piering met water te laat drup, indien dit \u2019n bolletjie vorm, is dit gereed). Voeg die room by (dit sal vinnig opkook en borrel). Roer deur.<\/li>\n
    4. Doop elke peer in die karamel en laat die ekstra karamel afdrup.<\/li>\n
    5. Druk dadelik die peer se boudjies in die amandels en sit versigtig op die voorbereide bakplaat neer. Wag totdat die karamel geset is.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
