Smelt die botter in \u2019n middelslag kastrol en braai die preie, uie en tiemie tot sag. Voeg die brandewyn by en kook dit af.<br \/>\n2. Voeg die aartappels by en braai dit liggies vir 8-10 min.<br \/>\n3. Voeg hoenderaftreksel by en prut vir 20 min, totdat aartappels sag is.<br \/>\n4. Geur na smaak met sout, peper en \u2019n tikkie neutmuskaat.<br \/>\n5. Voeg die creme fra\u00eeche by (hou \u2019n bietjie vir opdiening) en prut vir 5 min.<br \/>\n6. Skep die helfte van die mengsel in \u2019n voedselwerwerker of gebruik \u2019n stokmenger, en meng tot glad. Herhaal met die res van die sop.<br \/>\n7. Braai die gesnyde chorizo in \u2019n liggies ge-oliede pan.
