Voeg die koekmeel by en roer goed deur sodat dit nie klonte vorm nie. Voeg die tamatiepasta, -puree, aftreksel en lourierblaar by en geur met sout en peper. Meng goed. Sit laastens die vleis by die res van die bestanddele.<\/li>\n<li>Verhit stadig tot kookpunt en kook vir 50-60 min. op die stoof.<\/li>\n<li>Roer die cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en pietersielie net voor opdiening deur. Sit met skulpiepasta
