Dit is noodsaaklik om in die winter anders oor jou haarsorgroetine te dink. Omdat jou hare bloot nie dieselfde in die winter as in die somer reageer nie en ander elemente moet verduur, moet jou keuse van sjampoe en bevogtiger eerstens aangepas word.<\/p>\n<p>Gebruik &#8216;n meer bevogtigende sjampoe en hou jou verhelderende sjampoe vir elke nou en dan wanneer jou hare &#8216;n bietjie oemf nodig het. So sorg jy vir ekstra vog wanneer jou hare dit die meeste nodig het sonder om dit swaar te laat voel.<\/p>\n<p>Probeer om jou hare minder te was \u2013 slaan &#8216;n dag of twee oor. Kies &#8216;n bevogtiger en masker wat bestanddele soos gliserien, keratien en keramiede bevat om jou hare te versterk.
