Vandag is die <strong>Leeu Collection<\/strong> in Franschhoek met kunsgallerye, restaurante, luukse akkommodasie en die <strong>Leeu Passant-wyne<\/strong> een van die Wes-Kaap se beste trekpleisters en mooiste vertoonstukke van wat die wynlande aan besoekers kan bied.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Analijt het die geroesemoes van die korporatiewe lewe in Indi\u00eb saam met turban agtergelaat en noem homself vandag half sakeman-half plaasboer en het die afgelope tien jaar ook sy wynhorisonne drasties verbreed. Hy stel homself ook nou eerder as Bas, die afkorting van Bhai Analjit Singh, voor. Geen \u201cmeneer\u201d nie, dankie. Dit is skoonheid in \u2018n glas. Dit is wetenskap; landbou; die pragtige mense soos julle. Dit gaan oor kos; tegnologie; die omgewing. Dit gaan oor die weer; die terroir; en klimaat. Dit gaan oor soveel pragtige dinge van die lewe, wat in \u2018n paar kosbare millimeters in jou glas opgesluit l\u00ea.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cMy respek en liefde vir wyn het die afgelope 10 jaar eksponensieel toegeneem. Ek is bekendgestel aan &#8216;n splinternuwe w\u00eareld van die genot van &#8216;n drankie wat toevallig alkohol daarin het, nie andersom nie.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cDaarom s\u00ea ek vir Chris en Andrea, verhoog die prys dubbel of verdriedubbel dit, want soms, as jy wyn teen &#8216;n laer prys verkoop, dink hulle dis nie goeie wyn nie. Ek probeer nie &#8216;n kommersi\u00eble punt hier maak nie, maar ek praat van die respek wat ek dink \u2013 Suid-Afrika oor die algemeen en die wyn- en ander sektore behoort te ontvang. Die wingerd is in 2000 geplant en die Chardonnay is volrond en geurig.
