was vir my destyds die hoogtepunt van <em>The Test Kitchen<\/em>, so ek het besluit om dit hier by SALON weer te herskep,\u201d s\u00ea Luke. \u201cOp \u2018<em>The Journey\u2019<\/em>-spyskaart het ek elke land waarin ek gewerk het geneem en \u2019n kenmerkende gereg uit daardie land se kulin\u00eare erfenis geskep. Ek wou regtig h\u00ea hierdie spyskaart moet klein, gefokus en interaktief wees. Die eerste gereg vir die dag was veerligte varkkaiings met Guinness-skuim wat met \u2019n bier bedien is. Dis \u2019n ode aan sy tyd en herkoms uit Engeland. Die gereg was ook \u2019n gunsteling in Dark Room en die enigste gereg van die oorspronklike Dark Room-spyskaart.
