Die kompetisie is in Maart in Suid-Afrika aangebied \u2013 die eerste keer in die geskiedenis dat die Sauvignon Blanc-gefokusde kampioenskap buite Europa gehou is. Deur die kenmerke van die seisoen se vroe\u00eb en later-geoesde vrugte in te span, is dit \u2019n goeie balans van \u00a0tropiese vrugte en sweempies vars gesnyde gras, wat op die tong talm.<\/p>\n<p>Dis nie net die wyn wat pure Durbanville is nie, maar ook die etiket en verpakking. Die etiket lig die verskillende aspekte waarvoor die streek bekend is, uit, waaronder die wyndruiwe en wingerde, die protea, Suid-Afrika se nasionale blom, maar ook simbool van volhoubare wingerdboupraktyke.<\/p>\n<p>Die streek se noue verbintenis aan sy Nederlandse erfenis word duidelik uitgebeeld met die Delftblou agtergrond, waarop Tafelberg trots pryk.
