Die witwyne wat saam met die maal bedien is, was die Creation Chardonnay 2022 en Iona Monopole Sauvignon Blanc 2022. Die rooiwyne was die Zevenwacht Cabernet Sauvignon en die Thelma Merlot.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Chesray Assur, die uitvoerende sous sjef van die hotel, het vertel: \u201cHierdie spyskaart is saamgestel om ons weer terug te neem na dit waarmee ons grootgeword het; om sorgeloos in die veld te hardloop. Ons ontgin nou die rykdom van geure en reuke wat al miljoene jare lank hier vir ons wag. Die antieke fynbos en kruie groei steeds op Tafelberg.
